"It could of been worse." I said as I tried to comfort Zexion, who looked glum as we left the principal's office.
  "Yeah, we could of turned into dough zombies." Demyx butted in. I rolled my eyes.
  "But a detention is worse for me." Zexion mumbled, staring at his detention referal.
  "Not for me. I get those all the time." Demyx smirked.
  "Gee, I wonder why." I said under my breath.
  Our conversation was interupted by a ringing bell. Students were let out of their classes and into the hallways.
  "Um, what period should this be?" I asked Demyx.
  "Fourth. I should be going to algebra."
  "And I should be getting to history." Zexion added leaving.
  "And I better be going to biology. See you guys at lunch." I waved, leaving as well.
  As I walk into the lab, I quickly notice test tubes out on the desk. Were we already starting a project on the first week of school?
  "Okay, enough. Sit down at your desks as I called attendence." The teacher instructed.
  I grabbed a chiar sitting next to a boy with what seemed like long red spikes. But it wasn't just his hair that caught my attention.
  He wore a grey and black sleeved shirt that matched his darkend black jeans. The shoes he wore were dark too that had the same symbol as Demyx had on his jacket. Could he be one of his friends he was talking about?
  "What are you looking at?" The boy scowled, staring me down with those glowing green eye's of his. It made me feel like a mouse being around a lion.
  "Oh, I'm sorry. Its just that...do you know Demyx?" I squeeked.
  "The dude that plays that sitar? Yeah, he's a pal of mine." he answered, using a tone like as if he didn't even want to talk about him. "What of it?"
  "Nothing. He just likes to talk about his friends alot."
  The boy then started to laugh suddenly. "Ha! hey, Roxas, I told you that Demyx talks about behind our backs!"
  In front of us, another boy with sky blue eyes turned around to listen. "It's not like a bad thing." He stated.
  "Any who. Since Demyx already spilled the beans, We might as well introduce ourselves. I'm  Axel. That's Roxas." Ha said, pointing to him. Roxas gave a small grian and waved.
  "My names-"
  "Ellie?" The teacher called.
  "Here." I answered. The teacher continued down the list of the roll call.
  "Some name you got there." Axel commented.
  "Er, thanks?"
  "So how do you know Demyx? Did he bug the hell out of you? He tends to do that alot." Axel said rolling his eye's.
  "Oh, no. We met in the band hall." I answered. "And no, he's not annoying. He's a pretty nice guy."
  "Wow, the only non-complaint I ever heared about him." Axel jokes.
  "Enough talking," The teacher barked. " And open your books to page three hundred and thirty-two."
